West Virginia barn. This beautiful old red barn stood out as a beacon of color on a winter white day. We captured this shot roaming the snowy back roads near Parkersburg, West Virginia. We have noticed that the number of old barns is diminishing rapidly. They fall down and are not replaced, or are now being sided with aluminum which doesn’t have the character of wood.
