West Virginia Photography - Indian Tree
Indian Tree
Indians once gathered nuts and berries as they roamed the region which is now the Dolly Sods Wilderness in West Virginia. That was long before the Europeans came, timbered, and burned the area. Now a restored wilderness, scenes like this lone tree at sunset, bring to mind the Indian heritage of this area.
